1. Be On Time
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment It is very important that you warm up and foam roll before your session begins to prevent injuries. Failure to do so will result in your session being cut short. If you are running a few minutes behind please let us know by emailing MyTrainer@EvolveFitnessHouston.com. If we are running a few minutes behind, please stay on the cardio equipment until we get you.

2. Scheduling Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and can be made either online or on our mobile phone app.

Online - To schedule your appointments visit EvolveFitnessHouston.com, click on CLIENT LOGIN. This will direct you to our MINDBODY website.  Click on the desired time where it either reads Evolve Training Membership or Weight Loss Program (depending on your membership type) to book your appointment. If you have not created an account, you will need to do so before you can book your appointments.

APP -For your convenience we have created an app for your smart phone. Please visit the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search Evolve Fitness Houston. After downloading the free app, you may log in with your same user name and password you created for the online scheduling. Go to the Appointments tab to schedule an appointment under Evolve Training Membership or Weight Loss Program (depending on your membership type).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Monday-Friday - we understand how life can all of a sudden turn hectic so we offer a  60 minute Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.

● To Cancel within the 60 minute grace period please send us an email to MyTrainer@EvolveFitnessHouston.com  with the reason for the cancellation.

● To Reschedule your appointment within the 60 minute grace period please log into your online account or mobile APP to make all necessary adjustments, please be sure to include a note for the reason of the change. If you have any problems, please email MyTrainer@EvolveFitnessHouston.com

● Please note that texting trainers is strictly prohibited

● If you fail to change your appointment within the 60 minute grace period, the session will be considered a late cancel or no show.  

Saturday & Sunday
If you need to miss a day on Monday thru Friday, due to sickness or travel, you may make it up by scheduling an appointment, logging in online or thru your mobile app, at least 24 hours before the desired time.

Business Travel & Vacation
If you know you have an expected trip on schedule, we would like to know about it in order to help keep you accountable.  Please email us at MyTrainer@EvolveFitnessHouston.com with the dates you plan to be out and the estimated first day back so we can make sure you make it up.

Friends & Family
If you have friends and family visiting from out of town that may be keeping you from coming in, we welcome them on Saturday & Sunday.  When scheduling your appointments, please add a note with the name and relation of your guest, then have them fill out our new client registration here.

4. Sickness 
If you are sick please stay at home and rest; working out can actually make it worse. If you are coughing on the workout floor you will be asked to leave. 

5. Towel Policy
We have towels provided for your use during workouts. If you accidentally take a towel home, we simply ask that you bring it back. Please respect our environment by placing soiled towels in one of the hampers, rather than leaving on the locker room floor.

6. Positive Attitude
We know this might be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life; just stay positive and we will take care of the rest.

7. Dropping Weights
Please respect our neighbors downstairs and do not drop or throw the free weights.

8. Private Facility
Please note that this is a private facility, you must have an appointment with a trainer to use the free weights and machines. Cardio Machines are available anytime during open hours. However, we do welcome your friends and family, please refer to  clause II-3.

9. Fueling your Body
It is very important that you have eaten a healthy meal or snack before your workout. Working out on an empty stomach may put you at risk of lowering your blood sugar, catabolism, passing out, and in worst case, death. We reserve the right  to refuse service to anyone who is fasting.

10. Your Time-No Phones
The time you spend at EVOLVE should be treated as time for feeding your mind, body and soul. We ask that you please refrain from using your phone during your session. Please take the time to make any calls or texts before your session. Your session should be YOU time.

11. Cancelling Membership
Evolve Training Memberships may be cancelled at any time, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 10 days advance notice from the day of your next AutoPay Payment. We also ask that you complete an EXIT interview.

There are no refunds for days not used on any given month. 

Please note that the Weight Loss Program is nonrefundable as it is an all-inclusive three month program.

12. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Please note that if you cancel your membership, the pricing associated with that membership is also voided and null.

13. Purchasing Products and Supplements
To buy shakes, bars, water or supplements, please use the iPad located next to the cooler. Go into the MINDBODY Express APP on the home bar. Click on the shopping cart logo and then go to Existing Client. Type in your Name. Add desired items to cart. When done shopping click on the blue bar that reads Check Out. Choose between Key in Credit Card or Card on File. (we only take credit cards for purchases). Sign and Click I Agree. Thank you for your business!

14. Training with a Team of Fitness Experts
We take pride in our Team of Fitness Experts and feel that they all have something unique and different to bring to the table.  Because of this, we do a trainer rotation.  You will get to train with different trainers at any given time to get the best out of your training.

15. Body Composition & Measurments
With our Tanita Scale that measures your body fat %, we can make sure you are headed in the right direction towards your results. You will be "Weighed in" every 2 weeks. All circumference measurements will be taken every 6 weeks. All "weigh ins" are done on Mondays, if you miss a "weigh in", please remind us the next time you are in the studio.

16. AutoPay Terms
Your Evolve Training Membership will be set on AutoPay. A previously agreed upon payment amount will be automatically deducted every month, on the same numerical day commencing on your contract agreement date.
